Stuck on the side of the road in the Quad Cities? Call the shop — when we do the repair, we cover the tow. Jack's dispatches our partner JBA Towing & Roadside Service to bring you to either shop. Local Davenport, Bettendorf, Moline, Rock Island, and surrounding towns.

Free Loaner Cars
Job going to keep your car overnight or longer? Ask about a loaner when you book. We keep a small fleet at each shop for customers who need one to get to work or run kids around.
- Request a loaner when you book the appointment
- Bring a valid driver's license & proof of insurance
- We hand you keys when you drop off your vehicle
- Return it when you pick your car up
Subject to availability — reserve early during busy weeks. First-come, first-served for walk-ins.

Both West River Drive and Eastern Avenue have a key drop box out front. Drop after we close, we start on it first thing next morning. Loaner returning after hours? Park it out front, drop the keys, we'll grab it in the morning.
