Time to come in?
Exhaust problems get louder and worse the longer you wait — and a bad emissions system can cook a catalytic converter that's not cheap to replace. Watch for:
Muffler rusted through, or an exhaust leak at a flange or hanger. We locate it and quote a clamp, weld, or replacement.
Broken hanger, loose heat shield, or a cat internals issue. Ignoring it lets the pipe drop — not fun on I-80.
CO in the cabin is dangerous — that's not "just a smell." Get it in immediately, we'll find the leak.
Catalytic converter isn't doing its job — usually because upstream fuel or ignition trouble is dumping raw fuel through it.
P0420, P0430, EVAP, O2 sensor codes — each one has its own culprit. Factory scanners tell us which, no guessing.
A clogged cat, restricted exhaust, or failing O2 sensor kills power and mileage. We test back-pressure and airflow.
Header to tailpipe
Exhaust and emissions are one connected system — sensors, cats, pipes, mufflers, hangers, and everything in between. We diagnose it whole, then quote the smallest fix that actually solves the problem.
Not every exhaust job is a full replacement
Sometimes a $40 hanger or a weld fixes what other shops quote as a cat-back system. We show you the failed spot and give you options — not just the most expensive one.
Quiet it down. Clear that code.
